The tastings are accompanied by: Verrazzano: coldcuts; Tuscan salami, finocchiona(fennel-based salami) wild boar salami, “garlic bread”, black crostini with lardo, soprassata, sheep and goat cheese honey produced on the property and “Verrazzano Balsamico vinegar”. Or the Vegetarian”selection with crostini made of various seasonal vegetables garlic bread, assortment of fresh and aged pecorino cheese with the land’s own honey and “Verrazzano Balsamico vinegar”, famed “The Canon Lodovico vinsanto” served with almond cookies, Grappa tasting, and coffee.
